We will meet once face to face to discuss your wedding, music preferences, timeline options, flow, and special requests.
We will have at least two phone calls prior to your wedding to finalize any open details.
We will get the contact information of your wedding vendors and coordinate with them prior to your wedding.
The day before your big day we will arrive at your wedding and set up all of our equipment. We will also meet with any other vendors that are there early to coordinate and wrap up any details.
We are focused on making your day YOUR day! We have mobile equipment which means we can easily move from indoor and outdoor settings. From Grandmas and Grandpas to twenty-somethings who want to dance all night long, to kids who love kid classics - we won't leave any one out.
